In addition to Junior Lessons and Clinics, we will be having weekly Interclub matches and a weekly ladder.  There will be a Junior Tournament this year as well.

Waiver of Liability

Each person signing this registration form ("applicant"), on behalf of himself/herself, and on behalf of each minor child ("child") named on this form hereby waives and releases from any and all claims, injuries, damages, liabilities that the applicant and/or any child may incur or suffer from participation in any of the activities conducted on club premises, provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any act of gross negligence or willful misconduct.  Each applicant affirms that he/she is the parent or legal guardian of each child named.
